Wickenburg Arizona

This home is located in the high desert of central Arizona adjacent to an old mining town in  Rancho De Los Cabaleros.

Great effort was made to reflect the local materials and textures

juxtaposed with glass. The owner was a competitive swimmer

and collector of fine art.  A tight allowable building envelope and sloping grade created an opportunity to layer elements atop one another. Views in all directions are taken advantage of with tall glass and floating ceilings.
